The Bill (Reg.№4215) envisages the amendments to the laws "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity", "Motor Transport", "On Transporting- Forwarding activity" and according to them implements the licensing of transporting- forwarding and informational-controlling services in the sphere of moor transferring.
N. Korolevska, the Chairperson of the Committee stressed that the licensing of the new types of activity does not correspond to the state policy in the sphere determined by the article 3 of the Law "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity".
The members of the Committee does not uphold the Bill
